Join other members of our volunteer community in making the Ranch a beautiful and safe environment so our Team can engage youth and visitors and realize our important Mission. Projects will include horse trail maintenance and beautifing our outdoor theatre so we can host outdoor education and youth programming. We will have a selection of gardening and landscaping projects to support all programming whilst enhancing the green and cherishing the blue at the Ranch!

Winter Luminaries Event

December 7th, 2025, 5:30pm-8:30pm

Winter is almost here and what better way to start the season than with a cool evening in the mountains. Join us for our free annual winter luminary event, a unique experience where participants can enjoy a peaceful outing under the stars, and Luminaries guide you on a tour through enchanting woodland scenery. 

Visit with friends over hot chocolate, s’mores by the campfire, explore our sage maze and a human sized snow globe to celebrate the winter vibe. Total trail distance is 2/3 mile and can be reduced or repeated to suit your preference.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful evening out or a fun activity for the family, the winter luminary event night hike is sure to get you in the winter mood.

Pathfinder Ranch Spring Picnic

March 28th, 2026

Pathfinder Ranch’s Spring Picnic will feature a delicious meal created by our dining staff, a time of recognition for our phenomenal supporters, followed by the opportunity to experience a day in the life of our campers. Guests can enjoy our adventure program – including canoeing, pony rides, archery, rock wall climbing, and more!
