Early Departure and Release of Campers

Pathfinder Ranch will only release a minor into the custody of a parent or legal guardian who’s full name appears on the Student Information Form (for Pathfinder Ranch Outdoor Education Programs) or Camper Information Form (for Pathfinder Ranch Summer Programs) unless the parent or legal guardian indicates, on the Information Form, Departure Release, or in writing that Pathfinder Ranch is authorized to release the minor to the person named in the document.

Each request must include the full name of the designee and that designee must provide a valid State/Government ID or Driver’s License, to verify their identity.
