Each year Pathfinder Ranch distributes scholarships to campers with financial need. Scholarship awards are dependent upon available funds and the need of the individual camper. We do our best to assess each applicant and distribute resources to accordingly.

The first step in the scholarship process is to complete the Summer Camp Scholarship Application. We ask that you and your child complete and submit the form by the following dates:

• First Round of Applications: Due February 14^th, 2025
  • Applicants will be notified by February 28^th, 2025
  • Round completed
• Second Round of Applications: Due March 14^th, 2025
  • Applicants will be notified by March 28^th, 2025
  • Round Completed
• Third Round of Applications: Due April 11^th, 2025
  • Applicants will be notified by April 25^th, 2025 
  • Round Completed
• Fourth Round of Applications: Due May 16^th, 2025
  • Applicants will be notified by May 30^th, 2025
  • Round Completed
• Formal scholarship rounds are complete but sometimes awards are not accepted or we receive last minute scholarships. For this reason, we will still accept applications and distribute remaining funds in the order applications are received. 

Once we receive the application we will review it and make our decision based on the timeline above.

Scholarships will be applied to each camper’s account balance and are applied only to the Summer Camp registration fee.
